Paul Ott's original release of the "Day of the Lord" contained four tracks and was given away to thousands of people on cassette, CD and VHS tape. One of those tracks, "Don't Cry for Me" has become a favorite song of solace for families in a time of loss and has been a leading driver in orders. This new and updated version of the original four tracks contains all new music written specifically for each song. In addition to the original four tracks, Paul also recorded a stirring version of "The Beatitudes".

Paul has also included four messages from the original "USA Revival" as well as a stirring rendition of "Nearer My God to Thee" by world-reknowned violinist Mickie Davis who was on hand that beautiful evening. Davis' violin is accompanied by the voice of Pastor Larry LeBlanc as he called for the invitation and benediction.

As if that wasn't enough, there's even more to enjoy on this wonderful release. Paul Ott, in a very prayerful time in his life, sat down and started thinking about what advice and thoughts some of the historical figures from the bible - and throughout history - would share with us in this day and time. The result of Paul's curiosity included a very impassioned study of the scriptures, which resulted in the script for what we hope will become a stage play entitled, "The Holy Visits." Though the stage play has not yet come to pass, The Day of the Lord Foundation was able to gather a group of volunteers to lend their voices to the characters in the script. Those fourteen tracks have become some of the most requested and downloaded tracks from the album.

The last track on the album was written by Paul Ott and was taken directly from the scriptures. "The Day of the Lord" is a collection of quotes from the Holy Bible that well defines Jesus' love for us and the sacrifice He made. With a beautifully inspirational backing track, this inspired recording is sure to become one of your favorites.

The DVD contains ten videos in all. The original four videos, which have all been remastered, are there. It also contains a beautifully crafted video for "The Beatitudes" with pictures taken by Listen to the Eagle television producers Chris & Cristy Whittington while they were visiting Groom, Texas one rainy morning. There is a fifteen story cross standing in Groom and it is surrounded by beautiful sculptures, many depicting the "Stations of the Cross." The DVD closes out with the five selections from the first "USA Revival."
